Master Artist is a one-time 99 SEK purchase unlocking all worlds and more drawings on your account. This page explains refunds.

14-day right of withdrawal

Swedish distance-contract law provides a 14-day withdrawal period for digital purchases. Because Master Artist is digital content delivered immediately, we ask you at purchase to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the content is unlocked.

When we still issue a refund

If you were accidentally charged twice.
If the unlock did not work and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
If someone used your card without your permission.

How to request a refund

Email info@drawimals.com from your account’s email address. We will reply within a few working days. Approved refunds are made through Stripe to the same card and normally appear within 5–10 banking days.

Free plans

Free plans cost nothing and cannot be refunded. You can stop using them at any time without cancelling anything.
